Make sure you have a web browser
such as FireFox and Install Adobe Acrobat Reader
This application works on Macintosh, Windows and other systems that
support the Adobe Acrobat program.
This program has been reported NOT to work
with WEBTV.
Visit the Section called Create
a Certificate Choose your certificate.
The PDF will automatically
download to your computer and should automatically open up in Adobe
Acrobat Reader
if it does not double click the PDF file and open it.The fields with
Asterix "*" around
them are the fields that can be modified.
Just use the mouse and enter
those fields and enter any time to the maximum field length or erase
it and leave any fields
blank.Then click on the "Click to Print" button usually found
in the lower right hand of the certificate. |
